The data contained herein pertains only to those offenders under parole supervision or mandatory supervised release from the Illinois Department of Corrections who are required to register as Sex Offenders per Illinois statute. Less than 2000 of the 18,000+ sex registrants in Illinois are under the supervision of the Illinois Department of Corrections. The address information is updated by the Parole Division of the Department and may differ from that displayed on the Illinois State Police Sex Offender Registry web site;

Due to processes and technical data transfer issues, certain data may not match at all times between agencies and is subject to change. Some address information is self reported by offenders and may be inaccurate or not required by law. Additional information and verification can be obtained from the local law enforcement agency where the sex offender resides, and/or from the Illinois State Police Sex Offender Registration Team.
